ARRIVAL

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will give you plenty of time to relax before your treatment and any pre-consultation.

ADVANCED BOOKINGS

It is strongly advisable to book your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and massage service is available.

EXISITING CONDITIONS

Please let us know if you have any health conditions allergies, or injuries, which could affect your massage treatment. New customers will be asked to complete a new consultation form. If you are an existing customer, please inform us of any new medical conditions.

What massage treaments do you offer?

Sawadee Thai Bristol is an authentic professional Thai Massage service. We have both the knowledge and expertise to offer you the most effective relaxing massage therapy experience. Our treatments include: Traditional Thai Massage, Thai Hot Oil Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Sport Massage, Full Body Detox (inc dry cupping) and Foot Massage. Supplementary Herbal Treatment can be included for only an extra £10. Please also read our Benefits of Thai Massage page.

Do we have a shower facility?

Yes, if required we do have shower facilities (subject to availability). However, you may well not need one as your massage therapist will remove any excess oils with hot towels at the end of your massage treatment.

What do I wear during a Thai massage?

This depends on the Thai massage treatment. For example, for Thai oil massage the majority of people will undress completely. Although, keeping your underwear garment on your bottom half is requested. Our Thai massage therapists will give you privacy to undress, then you will be covered with a towel at all times during the treatment apart from the body area being worked on.

In contrast, Traditional Thai Massage is a fully clothed experience. Here at Sawadee Thai, we offer fresh clean Thai Pyjamas for every customer.

PREGNANCY

If you are pregnant, please contact us to discuss before making an appointment.

FOOT MASSAGE & REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide foot treatments for people who suffer from verruca or athlete’s foot, osteoporosis, a recently broken or fractured bone in your ankle or foot, or broken skin. If in doubt, please call us to discuss.

MOBILE PHONES

Noise pollution often adds to our daily stress and anxiety. Therefore, in order to maintain tranquillity and relaxation environment, we ask that you kindly switch off your mobile phone.

However, if for any reason things have not been to your satisfaction, please do contact us directly before giving any feedback, and we will try are very best to rectify any problems.

Do you offer a loyalty scheme?

Yes, we operate a loyalty card scheme. After each massage, remember to ask your massage therapist to stamp your loyalty card. When you have collected ten stamps you can enjoy a FREE MASSAGE treatment of your choice!

PAYMENT

We are a new shop, and currently we are only accepting cash payments. We do hope to add more payment options such as credit/debit cards, contactless and mobile payments very soon!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please kindly provide 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation. A cancellation fee may apply for any missed appointments, or appointments cancelled less than the 24 hours’ time timeframe. If you do not pay unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept any future bookings from you. This policy also applies to repeat “no shows” or “late arrivals”.

Late Arrival

While we understand that there are many reasons that could cause you to be late for your appointment. We do ask that if you know that you are going to arrive late to your appointment to give us as much notice as possible please. In the event of late arrival, we will always do our best to give you as much treatment time as possible. However, understandably your treatment slot will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
